PSYCHO-SENSORY THERAPY APPROACH  TO GRIF, LOSS, STRESS-RELATED DISORDERS.

Grief and Loss Group Support   – it is a process consisting of elements of laughter, crying and breathwork held by the therapeutic application of sound and specific frequencies.

  The session was designed with the intent of giving an experience of the total reboot of the human system on three different levels: mind, body and spirit.

This together with laughter and crying bring a great sense of release, relaxation and calmness.
