LAUGH MAKING CEREMONY

Laugher & Sound Experience –  combination of Laughter Yoga and Sound Journey.  It is a  transformative tool which can help us restore  balance and state of rest of our emotional, physical and mental body.

  The session was designed with an intent of giving an experience of the total reboot of the human system on three diferent levels: mind, body and spirit.

  This result is possible by combining the phenomenon of unconditional laughter yoga, gentle breathwork and the powerful session of  live music and sound healing.

  This unique combination creates very playful and safe space and at the same time deeply relaxing, releasing stress, anxiety and in some cases pain.

  The sound is a very important factor in the whole process. By using the special system of tuning Sabio Janiak plays musical tones which stimulate vestibular system  effectively relaxing  sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. This together with laughter brings a great sense of release, relaxation and calmness.

Laugher & Sound Experience , developed by Sabio Janiak, is the result of many years of research and studies in different disciplines, including the science of vibration, laughter and nada yoga, sound and music, psychology, psychoanalysis, different disciplines of Art, applied movement neurology, Chinese and Vedic medicine, metaphysics and mysticism. WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?

Laughter Yoga is a fantastic way of keeping fit and healthy whilst having fun.

It all started in a park in Mumbai in 1995 with just 5 participants, and now there are thousands of Laughter Clubs in more than hundred countries around the world – just showing the need to laugh more.

Laughter Yoga is based on the principal that your body benefits from laughing even when we pretend to laugh. As long as you are willing to laugh you will get the psychological and physiological benefits of laughter. The good thing is that in our Laughter Exercises the simulated laughter soon turns into genuine deep and hearty laughter.

It is a combination of deep breathing techniques from Yoga and playful laughter exercises. Usually practiced in groups where you can make eye contact and connect with your sense of child like fun.

Laughter Yoga celebrated 20 years anniversary in 2015 and tens of thousands of individuals have benefited from this practice all over the world.

Laughter Yoga is now widely accepted by the medical and scientific world, and large organisations are using Laughter Yoga to enhance the well-being of their staff.
