Welcome to MASTERING HARMONY JOURNEYS(MHJ)-a unique psycho sensory transformative process that offers a holistic approach to restore mental, physical and emotional balance. MHJ incorporates the elements of ecstatic dance, psycho sensory techniques, dynamic meditation, live improvised music, breath-work, vagus nerve activation,  laughter yoga and integrative and relaxing sound bath.

This practice has been developed over years of research and studies in different disciplines, including the science of vibration, havening techniques, internal family system,  laughter yoga and nada yoga, clean language, hypnotherapy, sound, live music, kinetic shift, Jungian and Adlerian psychology, psychoanalysis, applied movement neurology, Chinese and Vedic medicine, voice work, breath-work, metaphysics and mysticism.
